- How old do I have to be to use it?
- It can be used from around 7 to 8 months, when the baby is accustomed to weaning.

Straws and gaskets are consumable items. If there is a possibility of deterioration, please replace it with a new one. - ● Is the lid securely fastened until it "clicks" into place?

Is the orientation and position of the installation correct?
Is it floating or something?
Set the sucking straw firmly all the way to the "neck" and the packing firmly all the way to the end until there are no gaps.
- ● Are there any scratches or dents on the body, lid, packing, or straw?
- The cover hits the child in the face when he drinks.
- Is the cover fully open? The cover can be fully opened and secured.

- Straw mugs are airtight, and changes in temperature or air pressure can increase the pressure inside the cup, which can push the drink out of the straw.If the mug is knocked over or carried, the contents will spill.

- What is the capacity?
- It holds up to 200 ml. There are 100ml, 150ml, and 200ml memory on the inside of the bottle. (Approximate)
- What is the material made of?
- Bottle and handle cap are polypropylene, packing is elastomer, and straw is silicone rubber.
- * Handle caps contain some metal parts.
- Is it BPA free?
- Yes. All bottles, handle caps, straws, gaskets, etc. are BPA free.
How to use
- What are the cleaning and disinfection methods?
- After use, remove all parts and carefully wash every part with a cleaning agent.Gently fir the straw and packing.Bottles, straws, and packing can be sterilized by boiling, microwaving, or chemical disinfection.
- * Because the handle caps contain metal parts, they should never be sterilized in a microwave oven or with chemicals.
- It is stated that the handle caps cannot be disinfected with chemicals or in a microwave oven. Why is this?
- A metal shaft pin is used for the button on the handle cap.Please refrain from disinfecting with chemicals as it may cause rust.Also, please do not sterilize in a microwave oven, as the metal parts will melt.
- When should I replace the suction straw and packing?
- As the suction straw packing ages, it loses elasticity and tears easily.Also, parts may not adhere well to each other and drinks may leak.Before use, check for cracks, scratches, or other abnormalities.If any abnormality is found, discontinue use immediately and replace the part with a new one.
- * Depending on the condition of the child's teeth, biting too hard may cause tearing.
