Betta Baby Store makes no shipment on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays of Japan.
Orders on the day before a holiday, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays shall be shipped on the following Monday or the following business day.
Shipment area
Due to various reasons, we are unable to ship to all countries.
Shipment currently available Europe (except for some countries), North America, New Zealand and throughout Asia (excluding China, Thailand, North Korea and some regions) .
Delivery is available only to the areas listed in the “Delivery Address” drop-down menu on the checkout page.
Shipment areas will be expanded in the future as soon as we are ready.

Measures for rejection
No cancellation or return is accepted after ordering. Note in advance that the actual cost will be charged if the package is not accepted and returned after shipment.

Bundling
Bundled shipment of other order is not accepted.
Designated delivery date
Arrival date of the package cannot be designated.
Transfer of ownership
Ownership for that product shall be transferred to you when it is handed to the delivery company.
