"Doctor Bétta" Wins Trademark Lawsuit in China

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court of the People's Republic of China issued a judgment, confirming the invalidation of the registration of all 14 trademarks, including the misappropriated trademark "贝台Betta".
