How to Use
Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500-yen coin) in your palm and gently massage areas of concern such as your belly, thighs, hips, and bust, or anywhere on your body. Use after bathing, before bed, or as part of your morning body care. It’s important to continue daily within your comfort level. This cream can also be used for your baby or as postpartum body cream.

Gently stroke the lower abdomen from side to side.
Stroke the lower abdomen upward in a spiral motion. (Make circular, spiral movements.)
Massage in a heart shape. While doing this, gently talk to your baby.
Bust & Upper Arms
Don’t forget to gently care for the sides and underside of the bust, which enlarge as the mammary glands develop. Also, take care of the upper arms thoroughly.
Massage the underside of the bust in circular motions.
Gently stroke the sides of the bust upward from bottom to top.
Massage the upper arms from bottom to top, caring for both outer and inner sides.
Legs & Hips
Many moms experience changes in their hips and thighs during pregnancy. Massage your legs and hips carefully to keep your skin soft and hydrated.
