This product is a paid “gift box” designed to help you present Betta products as even more special gifts.
- ● We cannot accept orders for gift boxes alone. Please be sure to order them together with a Betta product. If you place an order for a gift box alone, we will cancel your order.
- ● You cannot choose the size of the gift box. Our staff will select the appropriate size based on your order and wrap it for you.
- ● Depending on the details of your order, we may not be able to place all items in a gift box. In such cases, we will determine which items to place in the box and how to package the items that do not fit. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- ● You cannot choose the packaging method for delivery. Our staff will select the appropriate packaging based on your order and ship it to you. (Please rest assured that we will not attach the shipping label directly to the gift box.)
- ● This offer is not available for the “Body Pillow,” “Memorial Frame,” or “Set with Gift Box.”
- ● We do not offer message writing services or “noshi” paper.
- ● Please rest assured that we do not include any invoices or price tags showing the amount when shipping gifts.
- ● The gift box is designed to be presented as a gift on its own. We do not offer double wrapping with gift wrap.
